On Monday April 13th our beloved Pastor Kerry Twing went home to forever be with the Lord. We are not of those who have no hope, for we know that he has not passed from us but, HE IS IN OUR FUTURE.

We know that the Holy Spirit is here to comfort us, to lead and guide us in all truth. Our eyes are on our King (Hebrews 12:2 ) looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.

Although there is a time to mourn, because Pastor Kerry was such an awesome shepherd to his sheep. We choose rather to celebrate his life. His passionate, joyful, energized life! (Revelation 7:17) says, For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

We look forward to the day when we will all be together again. (1 Thessalonians 4:17) Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

Pastor Kerry has joined in with the cloud of witnesses. He is cheering us on. We are founded on the rock Christ Jesus. (Hebrews 12:1) Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,

(Psalm 16:11) You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Let's not forget Pastor Kerry's favorite "THE JOY OF THE LORD IS OUR STRENGTH".
